Dr. Levenson has given numerous workshops and presentations at various professional conventions, community mental health centers, private practice groups, hospitals, and universities world-wide. She recently returned from China where she gave an invited address at the School of Psychology, Beijing Normal University.
Her special areas of expertise are on Clinical Supervision and on Brief Dynamic Psychotherapy. She makes ample use of videotape in her trainings, believing that the rich clinical material conveyed on videotape provides a bridge from the specifics of theory to the reality of practice. In her workshops, she encourages ongoing interaction with participants in order to keep the learning experience active and relevant.
- Dr. Levenson's one-day workshop on Supervision meets the BBS and MCEP requirements for continuing education on supervision.

- Dr. Levenson is a certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) therapist and supervisor. She is a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy
Her workshops combine emotionally-focused work, experiential, and relational components in the treatment of individuals.
